Resistance Bands
Can someone tell me a little about them... like do they work? I was searching around for some, and they seem really expensive. I am willing to spend the money if I know it'll work. But then again, if anyone knows where to buy less expensive ones let me know. THanks!!!
A great place to get your bands is from a company called Bodylastics. The web-site is www.bodylastics.com. Very inexpensive and yes, resistance bands are a great supplement to any workout program. I use them with all of my clients when I am training them.

I have used resistance bands & training before, and as with anything you get back only what you put into it. I personally prefer isometric exercises.
i think they are good for stretching
