Recipe: Up In Smoke
1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Campari
- .5 oz. Sweet Vermouth
- .5 oz. homemade cinnamon chocolate syrup
- Large ice cube
- Cinnamon stick
- Lighter
- Orange peel
- Chocolate
Directions:
Light the end of a cinnamon stick with a lighter until it smokes. Immediately cover the smoking cinnamon stick with the glass to trap the smoke. Once the smoke has settled add an ice cube to the glass. Add Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and homemade cinnamon chocolate syrup to the glass. Stir well. Twist an orange peel over the glass. Garnish with orange peel and chocolate.
